So, for years I have seen Vitamuffins, Vital and Delicious is the motto. They are packed with 15 vitamins and minerals, and 9 grams of fiber, 1.5 grams of fat,4 grams of protein, 26 carbs. And did I mention there are chocolate chips? I tried the Deep Chocolate Vitatops. Yummy! Costco sells them now! Now, online you get 12 vitamuffins for $16.00 at Costco you get 12 for $7. and change!!!! Go get yours, you won't regret it. I had mine for breakfast with black coffee, and I am about to go and drink my water!
