Doesn't every diet start on Monday? Well today is Monday, and if your reading this, you probably know exactly what I mean. Another day to wake up ready to get set, and go! Right? Wrong! Remember this is about wellness. Wellness doesn't wait for Monday, in fact wellness doesn't know what day it is. Wellness is always ready, and when you make smart choices, it begins at that second. Period. Did you decide to put down the creamer and just have black coffee? Did you forgo the coffee altogether because you personally are cutting back on caffeine? Did you stretch when you got out of bed, even though you perhaps had to 'roll' out of bed. Did you start your day drinking water? Did you consciously think about it? If you did, you have begun wellness! This weeks challenge, DRINK YOUR WATER!

Yay me! I didn't know what the challenge was until 9 this evening but I'm on my thrid bottle of water today. First time in a LOOOOOOOOOONG time that I have been focused on my water intake.
ReplyDeleteOK I will focus on drinking water this week too! I love Zumba but I have never done it, the only Zumba near me is at the Y (booooooo) I don't have Wii either. But I looked on iTunes and found the Zumba CDs and basically dance around to the cool music!!
